When the new nozzle is replaced and the belt tension of the X is readjusted, the XY offset of the nozzle will change and the XY offset needs to be readjusted. The specific methods are as follows:
Loading two-color filament in the left and right nozzle which is easy to observe.
Print the two-color test file in the TF card, the file name is NozzleCoarseTune.gcode.
Printer interface selection:
The 351 parameters is selected by default for printing.
At the end of the print, observe the 5 test blocks and select the one with the smallest X deviation as shown in the following figure: select 3
XY fine-tuning:

Print the two-color test file in the TF card, the file name is NozzleFintTune.gcode.
Look at 10 of the printed models that test the horizontal and vertical directions of two colors.
Horizontal direction: from top to bottom, select the test block with the closest overlap of the two colors in the left and right directions.
Vertical direction (front and rear direction): from the top down, select the test block with the closest overlap of the two colors in the front and rear direction.
Select 2 test block and switch 5 (0) to 2 (- 0.3)
The firmware parameters are set as follows: X 351; Y:-0.3
