** The starting layer is the beginning of the whole printing process, and the quality of the starting layer determines whether the printing of the whole model can be successful or not.**

====Possible problems====

a. The gap between the initial printing wire and the platform is too large to be well glued to the platform.\\

b. The gap between the initial printing wire and the platform is too small, and the consumables are pressed too flat.\\

c. When the initial printing wire is printed on the platform, the gap in some areas is appropriate, and the gap in some areas is too large or too small.\\

====Solution====

**For A and B:**\\

In the maintenance interface of the touch screen, adjust the Z offset. When adjusting the Zoffset gap, a blank sheet of paper can be used to test the appropriateness of the adjusted Z offset gap.\\

**For C:**\\

First of all, enter the leveling menu in the touch screen to flatten the device. After leveling, use Z offset adjustment to adjust Z offset. If you still cannot print correctly after using the above operations, some areas of the platform may bend after printing for a long time, please contact the manufacturer to replace the new platform.
