Printing not stick to the platform
Possible reasons
1. The gap between the sprinkler and the platform is not suitable.
2. The printing temperature is not suitable.
3. The temperature of the platform is not suitable.
4. Cooling fan problem
Solution
1. Adjust the gap between the sprinkler and the platform, adjust the Z offset function in the machine, so that the gap is appropriate.
2. The printing temperature setting is too low so that the consumables can not be well glued to the platform, so the printing temperature of the Nozzle can be increased by 10 degrees.
3. Heat the printing platform on, if printing PLA material, set the platform temperature to about 50 degrees, such as printing ABS platform temperature at least 80 degrees, and apply high-temperature glue.
4. When printing model engineering materials, such as ABS, turn off the cooling fan. In our software, the cooling fan is turned off by default.
