2. Detect whether edge warping occurs when printing.

When printing, the warped edge of the model is found, and if the sprinkler goes to the warped position, if the nozzle goes to the warped position, it will also lead to the problem of the wrong layer, so whether it warps can be checked. There is no warping in the picture.

3. The feed wire is not smooth.

When there is wire winding when printing, or when the wire feed is not smooth, there will also be the problem of the staggered layer, and the detection of whether there are winding and other problems will lead to the unsmooth feed of the wire.

4. The printer is blocked in the wrong layer direction.

There is mechanical friction in the direction of the staggered layer. Check whether the printer moves freely in this direction, clean and lubricate mechanical parts such as optical shafts, and check for bearing damage.

5. Belt loosen, synchronous pulley retaining screw not tightened.

Detect whether the belt in the direction of the staggered layer is loose, tighten the belt, and detect whether the synchronous pulley screws are tightened.
