1.Please check if the wire consumables on the feeding rack have been used up, and the wire is used up, indicating that the wire is left in the printing nozzle. Remove the fan above the print head, remove the print head, then heat the print head to 230 ° C and carefully pull the wire section out with pliers. Turn off the printer and reinstall it after the print head has cooled.

2.The filament is not used up, indicating that the print nozzle is clogged. Remove the fan above the printhead and see if the feed gear is winding the filament. If the wire is wound, cut the wire from above the aluminum block, remove the print head, then heat the print head to 230 ° C, carefully pull the wire out with pliers, and remove the extruder to clean the feed gear. In the wire and debris, turn off the printer, install the extruder and print nozzle; if there is no filament winding, please heat the print nozzle to 230 ° C, press the extruder handle, manually wire, slightly force down Push the wire, push out the wire left in the print head, then manually remove the wire, and then manually feed the wire, repeat several times until the print head is completely unblocked.

3.Please carefully unblock the print head to avoid burns.

If the print head cannot be unblocked, please contact our company to replace the print head. After dredging and replacing the print head, the print platform should be re-leveled before printing can begin.
