=====Set XY Zoffset For Dual Nozzles=====

When the new nozzle is replaced and the belt tension of the X is readjusted, the XY offset of the nozzle will change and the XY offset needs to be readjusted. The specific methods are as follows:\\

====Method 1====

**Before using Nozzle Coarse Tune and Nozzle Fine Tune Gcode files for parameter debugging.\\

Set the parameter of Nozzle X Offset Coarse Tune to 351 and the parameter of Nozzle XY Fine Tune to 0 and 0 before printing the test file**


**Restore the Factory Settings to make sure the parameters(351,0,0) are set to firmware**\\

**Setting -- Parameters**\\

**Check the Home Offset for X and Y, whether it is the parameter you reset. Click Save&Load**\\

**Restore the Factory settings, and turn off the printer and restart it. And check the parameters you reset**\\

===1.X Coarse tune===
Loading two-color filament in the left and right nozzle which is easy to observe.\\

Print the two-color test file in the TF card, the file name is **NozzleCoarseTune.gcode.**\\

Printer interface selection:\\

The 351 parameters are selected by default for printing.\\

At the end of the print, observe the 5 test blocks and select the one with the smallest X deviation as shown in the following figure: select 3\\

====XY fine-tuning====

===2.X Zoffset Set===

Print the two-color test file in the TF card, the file name is **NozzleFintTune.gcode**.

Look at 10 of the printed models that test the horizontal and vertical directions of two colors.\\

**Horizontal direction**: from top to bottom, select the test block with the closest overlap of the two colors in the left and right directions.\\

===3.Y Zoffset Set===

**Vertical direction (front and rear direction)**: from the top down, select the test block with the closest overlap of the two colors in the front and rear direction.\\

**Select 2 test block and switch 5 (0) to 2 (- 0.3)**\\

The firmware parameters are set as follows: X 351; Y:-0.3\\

====Method 2====

Print a two-color test block for confirmation:\\

Print the test file dualtest2.gcode, in the TF card to print.\\

The print model is as follows:\\

With the red part as the benchmark, the position difference between the green part and the red part can be measured, and the parameters can be adjusted to move the green part left and right, back and forth close to the red part.\\

**When the X value (351) minus, the green part moves to the right.**\\

**When the Y value (- 0.3) minus, the green part moves backward.**\\
